1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
For most people, the ambition to acquire their own home is their most important goal, surpassing all others, and it is the primary influence and motivation for how they conduct their business, financial, and personal lives.
There are a number of benefits to owning your own home: it provides more housing security for you and your family; the equity you have in your home is a form of savings account, instead of paying rent to someone else; there are also tax benefits; and, let’s admit it, there’s a sense of pride in homeownership.
The majority of people will have to finance their home by obtaining a home mortgage from a lending institution. The purpose of this article is to provide a guide to homeowners covering the following 5 critical steps:

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
There are two keys to ensure getting top dollar for your house:
Preparing and marketing your home in the best ways possible to ensure maximum exposure and showings (more showings = more offers)
Presenting detailed disclosures and inspections to eliminate any questions or hesitancies about the condition of your home (unanswered questions = fewer offers)
Create an atmosphere conducive to selling a home – get it cleaned out and freshly painted where needed. Be sure to price it right. This, along with the right Realtor®, will get you top dollar for your home.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with over 175 families since 2012. They are all different from first-time buyers, to the ones that custom build their new homes, Sellers, and some commercial properties.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
The fondest transaction for me has been working with the Maldonado Family. It was a long year of working on credit and paying the debt off, I was with then every step of the way. Today they are proud owners of their very first Brand new construction home.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My Real Estate career was a complete accident. I was in the last year of my Bachelor's degree in a new town that I knew no one, except the real estate agent that helped me purchase my first home. She encouraged me to become licensed that it would give me the opportunity to network and possibly get the job I was looking for. Needless to say, I fell passionately in love with real estate. It has been the best accidental career change possible for me and my family.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have over 200hrs of continued education in Real Estate. To be able to offer each and every single one of my clients the best service is to continue enhancing my knowledge.

Sandy is a superb realtor.
