ZillowVERIFIEDI would like to spread the word about the work of Ms. Diane Kell as a real estate agent. After my mom passed away, my sister needed to find a new home. My niece determined that buying a house over renting was the best route to go. I live in a different state than my sister. My niece lives in a different city than my sister. And yet, Ms. Kell was able to keep us all informed by sending paperwork and pictures via internet, show potential houses to my niece, and work closely with the realtor of the buyer. Once my sister found a house that she was comfortable with, Ms. Kell was able to get us through the closing in less than 30 days. Kudos to Ms. Kell for going the extra mile to close a deal for a group living in three different locations. I give her a score a 5 out of 5 with five being the highest score.

Once I found the house of my dreams she didn?t leave my side until the I purchased the home and even after that she was sending me items I could by to help make my home mine down to paint colors!
