My family and I were first time home buyers. We were lucky enough to have Diane as our realtor. She helped us every step of the way from start to finish. She always had the answers to our questions or would get the answers asap. Diane set up numerous viewings for us and would also go to open houses with us until we found our perfect home.We were out of town for our home inspection and Diane went to our home for the inspection and talked to us on the phone with the home inspector there,sent us videos and pictures of the process and sent us the home inspection report soon as it was available. She also went with us to the closing and truly helped us with every aspect of the process. We so highly recommend Diane that when it was time for my mother-in-law to sell her home in a different city over an hour away then purchase a home close to us she was her realtor also. Diane again went above and beyond for her as well. She traveled to her home and did an open house,set up showings,literally put in new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors,and filled her car with items of my mother-in-laws to bring to our home so it would be less work for her. Then she found her a home very close to us which is perfect for her and helped with that process all the way start to finish. I truly cant say enough good things about Diane and could give numerous other examples of how much she does for her clients. I am happy to call her a friend now!
