Trisha Herold of the Donnelly Group was the best experience in real estate I have had. She sold my house for more than I dreamed of. She helped me get repair estimates done and even assisted with getting the repair people in the house when I unexpectedly had to have an emergency medical procedure done. The home was located in Hanover, Howard County, MD which most people think is only Anne Arundel County. This is a quiet community with good schools and quiet roads that is close to major road for access to Baltimore and DC. I will use her again when I am ready to buy again.

I was deployed overseas, the folks at the Donnelly Group worked the entire process without me. They set up the repairs that were needed, got the cosmetics work such as paint and carpet done, and got the house on the market. Their knowledge of the market and local area had us at the right price point to get multiple offers immediately and the house sold on one week. Great folks to work with and loved the results.
