We were relocating to Florida and so we listed our home in Valley Center and had to trust in a realtor to handle everything for us while we were across country. For four months, we saw no action. When the first listing agent reached out to us to extend the agreement, we decided to change listing agents. Enter Diane. What a breath of fresh air! She was open, honest, direct, and knowledgeable! No hokey sales techniques - just aggressive use of social media which is a must! She has an enormous rolodex of contacts too and immediately got us a window guy & a roof guy to address minor issues. She even worked with our former neighbor to address concerns with his yard that potential buyers had mentioned. She moves FAST which is a huge plus when you are paying a mortgage and rent at the same time. She had the home staged and photographed and relisted in just a few days. And held the first open house that very first weekend. I remember her telling us that a couple that showed up seemed very interested in the home. Another real estate technique to keep your sellers calm and feeling like something is happening? Not at all. She was right; as soon as the couple sold their home they came back to us with an offer! There is nothing better than being able to TRUST what you are being told. We hit a few speed bumps after the home inspection and Diane and her trusty partner Duane negotiated and comforted the buying agent and the buyers and successfully navigated us to a smooth closing. Throughout the process, Diane was always an email or a phone call away and was happy to answer any question we had. (She even provided guidance on the home we were looking to buy in Florida!) Diane is a real gem in the world of real estate agents and we would not hesitate to refer her to all our friends and family. Thank you doesn't say enough.

Diane sold 2 homes for us and was great both times . The second home was sold after we moved to another state and Diane went above and beyond doing the little things (and some big things) that allowed us to stay home and not travel to deal with these issues , this was very much appreciated . Dianes husband has the knowledge and expertise in most all areas of construction and was always willing to help and would do whatever was necessary to make sure the home was ready to sell .
