Bear with me, and you'll understand why you should want to work with her. Linda worked with my parents to help them buy a house over 10 years ago for an out of state move, and she was as amazing then as she is now. She helped them navigate a difficult situation with another agent and found them a house that was just what they were looking for. She stayed connected with my family and even let me intern for her and her sales team at Tucker while I was at Carmel High School. Years later, after college and a few movesvof my own, my family is still connected with Linda because she is such a warm and happy person. Linda has an infectious attitude and is incredibly knowledgeable on real estate and especially what is going on in the greater Indianapolis area. If Linda doesn't know the answer (which is rare), she either knows someone who does or comes back the same day with the answer. When I was moving and selling my house in Ohio and had some questions about the process because of some odd situations with the buyer, I called and Linda was happy to help, in a situation where she didn't even stand to make money. There was never a question who I would call when I decided to move to the Carmel area. Not only did Linda help us decipher what properties fit our interests, she was always willing to go on tours and answer questions super promptly. No one beats Linda to the phone! She helped us craft an offer and even hopped on conference calls with our lendor to help us understand how to make the most tempting offer to the sellers. No one understands the game as well as Linda Tatum. The day I closed on my new home, we had a utility issue (potential under house leak and broken water meter), and Linda was right there to help. She even had the head of the city's utilities in her Rolodex, and he picked up right away! Easy to say, the problem was quickly resolved. Even after the sale, Linda could not be more attentive and caring. The only reason you wouldn't want to buy or sell with Linda is if you're afraid of making a lifelong friend and landing the house of your dreams!
