About Diane Breard

After working in real estate full time for over 17 years, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in many scenarios and constantly strive to stay up to date with cutting edge strategies and technology to give my clients the best experience possible. My real estate career began after selling my own houses and having a poor experience with my real estate agent. Now, I work my hardest to do better and give my clients what I would have expected from a real estate transaction. To me, it's about keeping my clients well informed, which means answering my phone 7 days a week and replying to emails and texts as soon as possible. Each year I handle the sales of a vast number of homes in the East Valley of Arizona. Over the years, I have worked with a multitude of out of state buyers and investors. Diane was wonderful! She always comes to meetings prepared - comps and house detail sheets in hand and ready for discussion. We frequently got her husband as a bonus realtor/house condition consult - they are a great team and very thorough in helping talk through house options. She will respond at ANY TIME and is very communicative. We were not expecting to find a house as quickly as we did - but Diane was extremely patient with us. She did not push us to look at anything outside of our intended price range/not fitting our search criteria, or try to sway us in any way - she genuinely wants you to find a house that is best for YOU. The house that we ended up buying, I had just pinned early in the day on a day we had house visits planned/she got us a showing last minute the same day - without her quick response and initiative, we might have missed it!
