I contacted Diana almost a year ago to sell my parent's home. She came to the house and went through it with us suggesting the items that needed attention before we could sell. Then due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to sell the home "as is". She understood and never questioned the decision. Because I live 115 miles away when I needed a grass cutter she had a name as well as if there were problems she had people who I could contact or if she could handle it herself she went by the house and took care of it for me. She found the perfect buyer who saw the potential in the house and who wanted to revive it. The closing was not easy but she was calm, cool and reassuring that we would get it done and we did. When my wife and I decided to move south from Virginia, I started looking for a building lot with a lake front. There was recently a program on TV showing the area surrounding Lake Login Martin and I began searches for that area. I found a lot on the lake listed by Diana White. My wife drove to Alabama and met with Diana to look at the property. My wife fell in love with the property and after a small discussion placed an offer on the property. The seller was living in California and Diana contacted the seller and he accepted our offer. A contract was signed and Diana provided my wife with the names of a few custom builders in the area. She gave us the name of a local bank to handle the processing and my wife headed home. Ms. White stayed in contact with us every step of the process and even had the documents e-mailed to us so another trip to Alabama was not necessary. She is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Not only was she knowledgeable of her area, she had no trouble with handling a purchase where both parties were out of state. We were impressed with her personal approach and professionalism. It would be extremely difficult to find a better realtor.We, without a doubt will be seeking Diana's assistance when it is time to build on this lovely property.
