I am an active member of National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. I list and sell REO properties, I am also certified to negotiate Short Sales and Pre-Foreclosures which I have been listing and successfully closing for the last several years . I continue to educate myself by taking different seminars, courses, classes in Real Estate and Sales on regular basis to stay up to date in the industry.
