Diana was incredible from the moment she answered our phone call. She is very well spoken and directed us just the way we needed to. She was extremely patient with us. She has such a great personality which made it a pleasant experience. As she said I open the house and the house it sells it self my job is to get you what you want, that she did. Diana never once tried to persuade any property or price point. She saved us a very large sum of money during negotiations more than we expected, I was really impressed. Our escrow wasnt your typical sale and she made sure to comb through every single detail to make sure we were protected in every way possible. She caught a lot of loop holes and filled those for our protection, things I wouldve never seen or thought of. I could brag on and on about Diana but I'm running out of space. Diana was wonderful to work with. We went through countless houses with heraEUR|aEUR|.sometimes multiple times! Her patience was incredible. We were from out of town and sometimes flew in at a moments notice and Diana did her best to get us into the houses we wanted to see. Her inspectors and other contacts were great and really saved us from buying the wrong house. She is a skilled negotiator and got us a deal we really liked and a house we love. I have already recommended her to several other people. I cannot recommend Diana more!
