Diana was referred to my Fiancee and I by a friend to purchase our home. The first time we contacted her was by text message, she replied almost instantly. No matter the form of contact or time of day, she always responded quickly which was extremely helpful given our line of work. The next day we met at a property we had in mind. This was the first instance with Diana giving us the "Wow" factor. As we left the property she pulls out paperwork and says, "Here are some similar properties, would you like to see them? ", and off we went. her advise was honest and useful. She offered her opinions in the best of our interest. The knowledge she shared with us regarding the buying process from start to finish was helpful as we were new to this and the mortgage lingo can be compared to a foreign language. She protected us as her clients and as buyers to ensure we were not overpaying or overlooking anything. She was always available to explain things to us and her communication between all parties was above and beyond. her suggestions were very helpful. Diana is sweet with strong negotiation skills. We ran into a hick-up right before closing and she seen to it to make sure we got our home in a timely manner. She provided full details and comparable listings to help us with our decision of purchase, and also made the inspection process very easy. We have been in our home for almost one month an still she has made it a point to check in on us. Diana is the definition of customer service with a human touch. To rate her a 5 Star is an understatement, wish there was an option for endless stars. We recommend Diana to family and friends for buying or selling of property. We hope to purchase another property with Diana in the near future. Thank you Diana for being so caring, thoughtful, and always there for us.

Diana helped my husband and I buy our first home in 2015. She was so attentive and truly cared about my family and our needs. She was quick to respond to calls and texts and never tired during our hunt. When we decided to sell in 2018, we knew without a doubt that we would be working with Diana again. I was a first time home owner and didn't know the process of being a buyer. Diana held my hand every step of the way and made sure I understood it all. She constantly communicated effectively with me, my lender, and even my family. She made my appointment for an inspection, final closing, and always kept her doors open to me. She was flexible with her schedule and dependable. She negotiated to get me better deals and saved me money. I did not qualify for much, but she put in a great amount of effort to find me the perfect home. She was extremely personable, caring, and patient. She is so positive and motivating!
