Diana was incredible!! She helped my parents purchase their new apartment in Orlando. She went beyond the extra mile to help them, guide them and specially, keep them calm when the nerves attacked them! She was very knowledgeable and stay on top of the important time frames. We actually closed 5 days before our expected closing date! She was honest , punctual, dedicated and committed to find a property for my parents, and I will forever thankful for that! Diana was excellent in every aspect of our home purchase. Living 3 hrs from the home we purchased, communication with Diana was a must. She responded almost immediately to phone calls, messages, texts and emails. If she didn't have an answer, she made sure that she got one for us. it didn't matter the time or day, she was always there for us. She made sure that the selling agent & HOA new all of our concerns and she helped resolve every one to our satisfaction. She coordinated all aspects of our closing and it went very smoothly and right on schedule.
