I approach every client with a specialized plan in their home purchase in gaining assets to build financial wealth. I grew up in Northern California in one house till I went to college. I've moved around a lot since then due to being an Army spouse. With much love for moving to new places I also appreciate having a community feel that I know where everything is and going for a run in a neighborhood that feels like home. This has brought me to always make short term goals that make great future gains. How I look for the best property that fits for my family is how I treat everyone of my clients. With a deep understanding of property and market analysis I have developed a strong skill in researching current and historical records of sales to get the best value of a sale. I've worked with first time home buyers, military buyers, relocation families to get the best price and put the best foot forward to profit in equity. I've worked with home owners to upgrade their property in cosmetic repairs so they get higher return on their home in particularly, estate home sales. I'm licensed in Maryland and California. Areas I cover are Los Angeles county and Orange County in California. In Maryland I cover Prince George, Ann Arundel, Charles, Howard, Montgomery counties. Outside of real estate I'm with my family, I love to take on new challenges in working outside my scope but also at home either it a new baking recipe or a DIY project that I've never done before. A stress reliever for me is hiking, running and walking in a beautiful garden. I like to be on the move.
