Hi thanks for giving me the opportunity to tell you who I am and how I can assist youI am a mom of two beautiful daughters the oldest just graduated ECU and the youngest attends school in Wilmington My better half Rodney is also a RealtorBuilder and the one who pushed me along with friends and family to become a RealtorI have always worked in the public and love to meet new people as its always a new venture kinda like Real Estate as this market has been crazy to say the least for not only sellers but buyers have had a lot of challengesIve worked around new construction growing up so I was able to learn a little bit about the new home side of things I then ventured into interior design and home staging and that was a lot of fun and I was able to meet a lot of great people and make new friends Then their is the existing homes side of real estate and lets just say it has been challenging yet Ive gained so much respect for both buyers and sellers In this type of market its been hard on all involved but for the most part the buyers as with little inventory they have slim pickings to say the least Buying a home is stressful enough as it is but to get keep getting in a bidding war and lose can get down right depressing I tried to stress to all my buyers dont settle as you will regret itAs to my sellers I want them to be happy with their listing price but at the same time to be realistic even in this market as to go through all the preparation to sell and then to go under contract for the house not to appraise and in some cases have to now go back to the negotiating table can be more stressful especially if the buyers walk and then we have to start overI am upfront and honest and for the most part I wont sugar coat anything as in the end someone is not going to be happy if I do So its just easier if we all are just upfront and honest and at the end of the transaction were all still talking and remain friends LolI love helping buyers and sellers and I would love to chat with you about purchasing and or listing so feel free to give me a call or short me a text whichever is easiest for youUntil then I look forward to speaking with you and assisting you with all your real estate needs
