I help a For Sale By Owner client, who was very frustrated after trying 3 agents and decided to sell it themselves. I listened to the client, evaluated the property history and marketed the property to a targeted audience. End result, it was sold fast and my client was extremely happy.

I got started in 2003 after leaving the engineering field during the dot.com ear. I quickly found I had a passion for real estate and wanted to know all aspects not just as an agent but knowing how to run a real estate brokerage. After my first year of being an agent, I obtained my brokers license and worked with a mentor/broker until 2007. In 2007, I founded North Star Real Estate and currently service Rochester and Syracuse, NY area.

Over the years, I have been trained in contract negotiations, residential sales, commercial real estate sales, Investment sales, bank foreclosures and corporate real estate. I have listed, sold, leased just about anything related to real estate from residential to commercial.
