ZillowVERIFIEDHelpful and Patient! Devere was great to work with. My husband and I took a long time to figure out what we wanted/needed for our family. For example, on more than one occasion we decided to stop looking, then decided to start again, we changed our budget several times, we changed our mind about financing several times, etc. In other words, we weren't the easiest clients. However, Devere was very patient with us and helped us all along the way. She was helpful in scheduling showings, and during those showings, she would point out pros & cons about the property that we otherwise wouldn't have noticed. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger in buying a house, she coordinated everything between the other realtor, our financing guy, the title company, etc. She made the process easy! Now that we are in our new house, we are so happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Devere as a great realtor!
