What a journey it was to buy a home during this hectic market but Devaniel Adams did everything he could to get me and my girlfriend our first home. We thought it was going to be impossible to buy a home with the limited amount of homes on the market. Strive Real Estate Group and his financial team made the process very easy. Once we were able to shop for a home that was the most difficult part since the majority of the houses were selling for 30k over asking price, but Devaniel was able to negotiate a deal with the seller and get us the home we loved at a lower price and even get a home credit. Devaniel went above and beyond on his busy schedule to show us houses we liked and worked around our schedule he was always glad to help, answers calls/questions and keep us updated during the process. We would definitely recommend Devaniel and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.
