ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I even begin? I was trying to sell what I thought was an unsellable house. But Desiree assured me the home would be sold in no time at all. She gave us a few pointers on how to stage the home. And within a week we had people coming to see the property. Before that tho, Desiree was very communicative about how many people were even interested in the home. We got updates as they came and were able to get a feel for how many people were looking at the listing. Desiree's asking price was higher than what we would have started with, but she assured us we would be ok. Well, sure enough, my house was sold within a month and a half. From listing to having to move out. Since I hadn't been actively seeking a new home, as I had doubted we would be able to sell so quickly, we had to get a storage and stay at my moms for a month. Before we sold, Desiree had been advising us to look for a house. It was us who were dilly dallying. But when push came to shove, Desiree and her team worked tirelessly to find us a home that was everything we wanted. They did their due diligence to advise us on things we may not have thought of, something my previous realtor did not do (which is why I ended up selling my house in the first place). Yes, I get it, we want what we want. But real estate is not our business, so when a professional advises you, you listen. Luckily for us, Desiree advised us on everything as legally as she could. She motivated me almost every day to look at homes and when we finally found one, she assisted with inspection, future remodelers, appraisals, etc. Talk about first class service. Then when it came to negotiating... we hit the jackpot. I don't want this to get too long, but I am dead serious when I say I would easily recommend Desiree Pyle and Key Realty over and over again. If you're like me and don't want to do the legwork, you need a team like hers.
