I have really enjoyed having Desiree to assist me with my home renting experience. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable she was very responsive. Always there when I had a question. As a seller I switched to Desiree because I was sick of my agent telling me why I should cut the price and accept delay after delay .My first experience with Desiree was when she asked me for 2 weeks to sell my beach house . She got a buyer at full list price within 2 weeks and we have been working together ever since . Since then she has sold numerous properties for me . She is by far the best real estate agent in town ., I have also used her for many buy side transactions ., She routinely fought for concessions and price breaks for me , Shr did the walk through and handled everything from contract signing to final closing . Desiree is a lot of fun to work with and I trust her completely . You cannot go wrong with her as your agent .

By far the best realtor we've ever worked with! Over the last couple months, we did three transactions with Desiree & Rowles RE - Sold 2 homes & Purchased a new one.
