Desiree was an incredible agent to work with. We sold our home, and bought another, both of which were VA loans. The VA can be very picky about what they will allow, so having an agent knowledgeable in that for purchasing is a must. Des didn't let us down; if she knew a home wouldn't qualify for VA, she wouldn't show it to us, and explained why. Des was also very flexible for us when it came to requesting showings. Oftentimes we had to do after 5pm or a weekend, since my husband works. She went above and beyond to help us get our house sold, and find the perfect new place. I'm sure we were difficult clients, but she always had a smile for us, and was very pleasant. Even while on vacation, she was very responsive to our messages, and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. She also had no problem helping me to pin people down when deadlines were coming up and we needed something done. I highly recommend her to everybody, but especially if you're using VA to purchase.
