Desiree Carroll

My name is Desiree Carroll, I have been a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania since 2008. In 2006, I realized Real Estate was my true passion and in 2009 I made the move to become a full-time real estate agent. I went on to obtain a CNE (certified negotiation expert) designation, my New Jersey Real Estate license in 2013 and in 2019 my associate brokers license. I have performed all aspects of residential real estate as a listing assistant, buyer's agent, lead listing agent, team leader, and vice president. I have now turned my focus to offering our clients and colleagues real estate services centered around three key core values. Respect, Loyalty, and Integrity. My mission is to build a successful real estate business myself, my family, and my clients will be proud of while coaching and training out real estate team to have successful business they are proud of.
