Derrick made things very easy as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend him for assistance in buying or selling a home. He was quick to respond to my text messages if I saw a home that I was interested in seeing. He also drove all the way to Austin as I wasnt sure what location I was going to end up in. Todays market is a tough one and he made it very easy and I felt comfortable making an offer and purchasing my first home.

Derrick helped me and my wife buy a home. His most notable quality was his response time. We never waited more than a few hours before he got back to us. In addition, while he worked with us to see properties, he often scheduled the showings next day without hesitation. Derricks knowledge is up to par with the industry standards and his insight to the area lead us to look at properties we wouldnt have originally considered; a quality every agent should have. During the process Derrick never pushed his own opinion/agenda or tired to sell us, he encouraged a unified decision the whole time. Derrick helped me an my girlfriend buy our first house, I was 21 and new to it all, he was up front and honest each time we looked at a house,pointing out the ups an downs, no pressure to buy and was willing to go out of His way to show us a house whenever it was best for us. He was respectful and really cared about finding us the right house no matter what. When it came time to buy he was on top of everything.
