In November of 2020 my brother was looking to move from California and buy a home, and Zillow put us in touch with Derrick, we were able to find a great house, and my brother ended up getting an amazing deal on it (thanks to Derrick who informed us about doing an escalation offer). Now a few months later my parents have also decided to relocate here from California and Derrick just helped us find a home for them. They were looking for a fixer upper, and boy did we look at a few lemons before we found something with potential. From some funky basements to the worst smelling home I have even been in, Derrick always had useful information to share about possible costs and issues, and what the value of each house was. He had a lot of information that was useful in making our choice, but he is obviously very candid and truthful and not trying to push just to make a sale. I couldnt recommend Derrick enough, I have trusted him to help my family and would seek out his help again in an instant... And since I also have a sister and an aunt in California who are both now considering relocating to Ohio it may not be long before I need him again!
