She drove me crazy. But you can't help to forgive or like her. Derinda - you should have had First American Title on a leash! And everything should have been coordinated from start TO finish with the cleaning staff. What a freakin' coordination disaster.

Dorinda was great. I was on the mainland for most of the transaction and she and her team really handled everything. We had a few challenges with the existing tenants but they were able to get a quick handle on it and everything went smoothly. Dorinda also went above and beyond in taking care of some owner items that, being off island, would have been difficult for me to get done. I would certainly recommend Dorinda and her team for your Kona real estate needs.
