We decided to do the purchase of a home directly with Kaitlin as she was the listing agent and figured it be financially beneficial for Kaitlin to represent the seller and buyer and no other party involved. All communication was great till we did the home inspection.Cost of inspections 590.00 with a preferred inspector recommended by Kaitlin and 550.00 for septic inspection recommended by the home inspector. Before i had received the actual inspection reports Kaitlin was pushy and trying to get people out to the property to reinspect issues that had come up during our conversation with the inspector in front of Kaitlin. She had a plumber come out immediately regarding a slow drain which added a cost of 140.00 dollars which in the end I had to refund the seller as he wouldn't sign the release of our 5000.00 Earnest money. Had I not stopped her she would have continued to get issues that came up during inspection reinspected and repaired at my cost not the sellers cost and i would only have found this out at the end when the seller would have refused to release our earnest money deposit without deducting costs he would have had to resolve at his expense. I also attempted to contacted Kaitlin's Realtor and owner at Rise Realty Advisors Derek Ratliff - Broker/Owner i left him a message regarding the issue at hand and he texted me he would return my call which never happened. All in all a horrible experience with all involved. Finally I had to consult with an attorney and threaten to file suit before our earnest money was refunded.

Kaitlin did an amazing job with our purchase of the property we wanted and had the patience to show us several properties.
