Derek did an outstanding job in helping us with the sale of the house. This is the second time I have worked with Derek (the first time was buying/selling) and I would recommend him to anyone and do so whenever I am asked about realtors. The circumstances of this sale were difficult due to the passing of my mom who lived in the house. Derek was great in helping us to line up the contractors to come in and do the work necessary to prepare the house. He kept us informed throughout the status of each piece of work (i.e. carpet, paint, handyman, etc.). He was patient with us throughout the process and all of the work required to get the house ready to sell. He always has solutions to help for whatever need there is. I cannot say it enough, I would recommend Derek to anyone looking to buy/sell, or with any other real estate needs.
