My wife and I have two daughters, 20 and 12. One is in college, planning to study Law and the other is heavily involved in competitive cheerleading. We are proud parents!

Derek Randall helped us sell our home in less than a day on the market for 10k over asking! Derek was extremely knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Dereks diligence and responsiveness is first class, he worked with us through indecision and tight timelines. Dereks connections in the area are fantastic which made repairs/upgrades quick and easy. My only complaint is that Derek would move to Florida so we can use him again in the future! I would (and have) recommended Derek to anyone, you cant go wrong.
