We interviewed six different brokers as we contemplated listing our home. Derek was clearly the most knowledgeable in the area and he seemed to know best how to price our home. The list price recommendations from the 6 qualified brokers varied by well over $100K, but Derek kept coming back to a number with reasons that were credible. The listing process was painless, showing the home was easy and all through it Derek was there when needed, providing feedback but never overbearing and was simply pleasant through the entire process. We especially appreciated his candor and flexibility. He clearly read us well and treated us exactly as we had hoped. Derek filtered the offers with simplicity and we received a generous offer along with additional time to vacate. Overall he was the real deal and we appreciate that from a broker.
