Derek is fantastic he responds quickly to calls and text messages and he gives great advice during the entire house buying process. We closed in 37 days !! He made sure we were in to our new house before our lease ended so we didnt have to pay any extra money. Derek is amazing at his job and works extremely hard everyday to make sure that you are 100% satisfied when the process is over. He stays by your side through the Entire process. Thanks Derek!!!!

Derek was awesome at every step of the way. He stated that he would sell our house in 3 months when we talked to him in October. Dec 21 was our closing and he was able to negotiate so that we did not pay to sell our house.
