Derek is truly exceptional. My husband Jim and I met Derek 2 years ago at an open house in El Cerrito. We chose Derek as our buyer agent because he is a great communicator and has a warm demeanor. He was excellent throughout the entire buying process. Not only did Derek find our dream house, but he also found contractors for remodeling. Derek is always available for home tours. His responsiveness is incredible. If Derek doesnt pick up the phone immediately, he always gets back to us within a reasonable time frame.
