Derek Gutting

Being a resident of the Indianapolis area since he was three years old has provided the extensive knowledge of the area to help Derek quickly become one of the local real estate leaders, ranking Gutting Group Real Estate Services in the top half of the top 1% of all Indianapolis area agents. Derek worked as a stockbroker for six years and founded and sold three companies prior to his career in real estate. His passion for the real estate business is obvious as he has expanded his services to include: real estate investing services, relocation services, guaranteed buyout programs and new construction consultation. Derek's true passion is spending time with his family, raising his two boys, coaching youth baseball, football and basketball, playing golf, traveling, going to auctions and investing!
