I am a Realtor who believes in serving my clients and their best interests. I have a local cash offer expert, having sold over 100 homes off market to cash investors. I have multiple programs and tailor the transaction to the sellers needs, not the agents or buyers in the cash process. I also have written and teach classes to help other local agents understand the cash process to help serve out local communities to determine if the cash process works best for the seller or if the traditional market is their best interest. I love helping first time buyers and have multiple resources and partners to help buyers with the buying process. I graduated from Auburn University in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration/Finance. Before Real Estate, I was in Executive Management in the Car Rental Industry as well as owning a local Car Rental business with my wife of 31 years, Kathy. We have a 23 year old daughter who is a recent graduate of UNCW in nursing. We are dog lovers and have two awesome pups, aged 15 and 8. We love to travel, specifically to Hilton Head, SC and Hendersonville, NC. We are wine lovers and also love to spend time in Napa Valley, CA and Elkin NC wine areas.
