We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Derek and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was always very accommodating, trustworthy, and very reliable. He even took us out, on very short notice, the day after Christmas to tour some model homes! He is very knowledgeable about all of the best home builders, new lots, and existing homes. He is also very responsive to messages and calls and very on the ball with all of the necessary paperwork we needed to fill out. Overall, it was great working with him!
