Derc Teschler has been in the automotive space for over 13 years During his tenure he has worked with small or start up companies and also some of the largest and fastest growing companies in the automotive industry Due to this he was able to learn how to run a business from the ground up all the way through an MA scenario After growing a few separate companies he was able to start his own automotive power sports and marine advertising agency in 2014 He grew that business and sold it in 2019Derc is also involved in retail as a current owner of a childrens shoe store in Roseville MN He is a hands off owner with a management and sales team in place to run day to day operations His main focus with this business is inventory management and employee matters Derc has also been involved in commercial real estate for almost 5 years with a main focus on multi family rentals flip opportunities and buy and hold strategies This previously acted as a passive business for Derc with the ability to grow as more properties are acquired however after learning the business he has chosen to make helping investors his top priority
