Deonna was so awesome to work with. She always found properties that were what we needed as a family. Deonna listened to our wants and took every opportunity to find our home. She made great decisions in our behalf if the home was not worth our time to see because of what we needed. Deonna was very patient and professional as we walked through the home buying process during the covid-19 pandemic. There were no open houses because of Covid. We lived over an hour and a half away from the area where we were looking to buy. Deonna was our source of information about the area and she did a fantastic job. She scheduled appointments for us to see only the houses that fit our parameters. She is very easy to talk with and understands how buying a house can create some anxiety in some home shoppers. With her knowledge and professionalism and her pleasant demeanor, she was able to keep everything calm and moving right along. From the minute Deonna stepped in our door we knew we were in good hands, very professional and knowledgeable. After a few minutes discussion about our property she came up with a price and game plan that met our needs. After a few days we had a offer and had excepted it meanwhile after putting offers on a few different houses for us and being out bidded we felt discouraged.
