Because we started to build our forever home right before Covid hit, we were juggling 2 mortgage payments as well as an additional line of credit due to the increase in cost of building materials for over 2 years. Our house also needed some work to have it ready to put on the market. Denver knew exactly what items HAD to be completed in order for us to get buyers due to our tight budget. In fact, she and her family personally helped us repair our back deck, but also helped me line up professional cleaners, electricians, and lawn care help.
