They (the previous realtors) showed the house to many who could never live there. I had basically become extremely skeptical of any realtor understanding my house. Along came Dennis. Not only did he understand my unusual house but remarkably understood how to find the right buyers. Many realtors will tell you they how to market your house, but they dont; they simply do a mass market (ala gunshot) approach. Dennis marketed the house to the right demographic. Sold in less than 5 months in a tough market with 3 competing offers. Hats off to Dennis. I would use him again in a NY minute!! SAW
