Having worked as a business owner, mortgage professional, and real estate investor in the Tampa Bay area for nearly the last 30 years, Dennis brings extensive business, financial, and management experience to BAM Realty Advisors, Inc. and to the zealous representation of its clients. He recognizes that, underlying considerable emotional elements, the purchase or sale of a home is a significant business transaction that must be continually nurtured and monitored up until the time of the deed's recording. The foundation of Dennis' business acumen and negotiating skills began during his work as the VP Residential Lending for a local mortgage banking firm, and has continued to grow during his many years in the industry.
