About Dennis O'Donnell

Aloha from the beautiful island of Maui, Hawai'i . . . where I am a full time, Hawai'i licensed Realtor with Romvari Realty, Wailea. I would like to share with you my more than three decades of Maui knowledge and Aloha spirit. Let me help you find the right place to call home on the island, or assist you in selling a property that you already own here. Maui is my home, and I am always available to answer not only any Real Estate questions that you may have, but please ask about my tips on favorite restaurants, beaches, activities, too! I am originally from the east coast, growing up just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Penn State University in 1984 with a Business Marketing degree, I made the move to Maui and then raised my family here. I have lived in many places all over the island, gaining detailed knowledge of each area. My many years in the retail industry here (owner of a surf & watersports business) taught me the important skills of: attention to detail, calmness under stress, patience, problem solving, great negotiator, and the ability to carefully listen to the needs of the customer. My real estate clients benefit greatly from these acquired skills and are comforted realizing that they have found a connection on Maui that they know, like and trust. This was the 2nd time weve had the pleasure of working with Dennis under very different circumstances. The first time was for us as experienced home buyers to purchase our own home 5 years ago and this time was for a young friend we were helping get into her first home. We were so impressed how Dennis embraced this endeavor. He understood the price ceiling which was tight for the Maui market but came through with good product to look at and compare to and took the time to explain the nuances and differences of each with her. Dennis was creative and helped structure an offer below the selling price that ultimately succeeded in spite of another buyer putting in a contract at the same time. His contacts for inspections, etc. were great and his advice was solid during the closing process. His closing organizer added a lot of value to keep things on track.
