After several years in property management, she began marketing and selling neighborhoods for a national builder. As a new home sales representative, Denise helped hundreds of buyers through the process of building a new home. From selecting the floorplan and homesite, to designing the home by choosing options, upgrades and color schemes. Denise also worked for a local Indiana builder in the same capacity. In 2002, Denise decided to further her career in real estate by getting her real estate salesperson license and becoming a Buyer's Agent. She initially worked for an innovative Exclusive Buyer Agency brokerage that was nationwide and exclusively marketed online. Denise spent five years as a Buyer and Relocation specialist and represented over one hundred buyers and investors in their home purchases. Her knowledge of Greater Indianapolis and the buying process also earned her top ranking in the midwest division of the company for all five years. In 2008, Denise was recruited to work with a small independant brokerage who focused on relocation. Through their sister company, a relocation management company for many large Indiana companies, Denise received referrals for buyers and listings for relocating families. She was promoted to Managing Broker in the summer of 2008. In 2010, Denise decided she wanted to align with The #1 Real Estate Company in the US - RE/MAX.
