Denise worked tirelessly with us to not only facilitate the process of touring a list of home options, but also through all of the last minute challenges- including Hurricane Ian- to purchase our new home! She quickly got to know her clients and listened when talking about the desirable home location and features. In fact, the listing for the home we decided on was added by Denise to our tours when she saw it listed just hours before we met to start looking at houses that particular day. She proactively followed through on every step of the process with us right through the closing! We loved working with Denise and would highly recommend her!

With getting ready to purchase our first home, we werent sure exactly what to expect. We had met with a couple realtors trying to find the right fit, but after our first experience with Denise we felt confident moving forward with her. At our first meeting, Denise was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made our house buying experience fun. She gave us great ideas on the different areas in Florida and was extremely knowledgeable about them. She encouraged us to look everywhere and even had contacts to show us further away parts of Florida that werent in her expertise. Denise showed us as many houses as we needed to find our perfect home and once we did, not even a historic hurricane prevented her from having our closing proceed as soon as possible, making sure there were no loose ends. Since we closed, she also provided us with fantastic connections to multiple vendors, giving us great resources moving forward. Denise continued her high level of communication with us from beginning to end and we really appreciate everything she has done to help us find our perfect home!
