It was great working with Denise. Well, actually, she did all of the work! She knew her market and the timing, and walked me through every step along the way.

Denise has assisted my wife and me purchase three investment pieces of property over the past year. We scoped out an area and informed Denise of the place where we wanted to focus our purchases. Denise was able to locate several pieces of property that fit the description. Once a property was located, my wife and I would visit and report back with approval to move forward. Deinse was patient with us, and after several conversations, we would zero in on a particular property. We didn't get every piece of property we wanted. However, Denise was quick to find another one. I found a property, and Denise advised me that it was in a flood zone and told me not to purchase it. I recommend her and would use her again in the future.

Truly Amazing realtor!! When my husband and I started looking for a house, we contacted Denise. My son also used her as their agent! We told her what we wanted. Then I completely changed it all up. Lol! But Denise just rolled along with us and we found what we wanted in a couple days. We told her i was going to be picky because we are NEVER moving again! It had to be our forever home. Who knew we'd find it a few days later! She contacted Michael at Envoy Mortgage and we just signed on it 2 days ago! She kept me calm when I would text her at night. If you want the best?
