For the purchase she drove all over creation with us looking for houses in our price range. It took a while because we bought during Covid so it was a very competitive market but she stayed positive and upbeat the whole time and would just find us more beautiful houses each time. She must never sleep because no matter when I texted or emailed her I got a response in minutes. She is super fun and knowledgeable which is great because it should be enjoyable shopping for a house. She will tell you when something isnt right even if your heart is set on a house because she is more interested in you being happy and getting a good house than a quick sale.
