I have used Denise to buy my home and sell my second home. She was amazing both times. She accurately predicted the offers I would receive and was able to provide insight on the total value of each offer during the sale. For the purchase she drove all over creation with us looking for houses in our price range. It took a while because we bought during Covid so it was a very competitive market but she stayed positive and upbeat the whole time and would just find us more beautiful houses each time. She must never sleep because no matter when I texted or emailed her I got a response in minutes. She is super fun and knowledgeable which is great because it should be enjoyable shopping for a house. She will tell you when something isnt right even if your heart is set on a house because she is more interested in you being happy and getting a good house than a quick sale. She definitely saved me from a bad flip or two that looked good at first glance and I'm very grateful for it! I recommend her to everyone and I will use her again for my next move.
