She accurately predicted the offers I would receive and was able to provide insight on the total value of each offer during the sale. For the purchase she drove all over creation with us looking for houses in our price range. It took a while because we bought during Covid so it was a very competitive market but she stayed positive and upbeat the whole time and would just find us more beautiful houses each time.
