Very hard to work with and very sloppy. After we, the sellers, agreed to an offer and to dates, the contract came back with different information. We had another member of the team step in to help out. Unfortunately, the deal still went sour. She did little to smooth the process, but made us feel very uncomfortable, and we were left wondering what her intentions had been all along.

Sellers beware, Ms. Desellier is unethical. After I accepted an offer, I found out she had not recontacted another buyer who would have paid me more, but given her less commission. Its all about her. You may think you are getting a good deal, but who knows what she is not telling you.

ZillowVERIFIEDDenise is dishonest, very difficult to do business with, and unprofessional. We committed to a rental property and five days later she pulled the offer without notification. There is no doubt we were first in with the offer to rent-to-own (which is how the property was listed). After a week, Denise miraculously had a buyer for the house, that was listed for rent, ditched us. We made it clear from day one that our intent was to buy the house and we weee not given an opportunity to do so. I have never met anyone in the real estate business that was as self centered and rude. Denise is not in it for anyone but herself. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
