Denise is amazing. She's the most high octane realtor in town. She never missed an appointment. She scheduled every showing we wanted, often for the same day. That's just the stuff she did that you'd expect. Above and beyond, she literally made 100 calls to make sure the house was safe, clean and ready to go for move in. She mitigated the Radon, scheduled the inspection, intro'd the structural engineer and mowed the lawn while rolling 25 other calls.
