    Denee was professional, reliable, creative - All you could ask in a broker. We were looking for a tenant for our newly purchased flat in Evanston, and she found us a great tenant in a relatively short amount of time - Earlier than expected, actually - The tenant took possession just one month after we closed on the property. Please note that I don't receive any benefit from recommending Denee, I just thought she did a great job for us and would recommend you consider her.

    I had a great time working with Denee. She was consistently sending me housing opportunities so I had a lot of options to look through almost daily. Communication was great and she was always willing to text or talk to answer any questions that I had. She handled all of the scheduling and showings, as well as helping to facilitate the lease requests and applications. I can't say enough how much I ended up needing her help, especially when my plans changed and we needed to find a place that would suit my needs sooner than expected. She was very professional but also personable, and that was very much appreciated. If you end up working with Denee, you will be working with someone whom you can trust and whom will make this process much easier for you.     Denee was amazing. She was always on my side and never pushed me to offer at a price that I didn't already have in mind nor did she ever push me to accept a price that I didn't like. She just advised with her years of expertise and if I wanted to go another route she was totally behind me and not just to be nice. Even after the sale had closed she's been there if I needed anything along with her legal team behind her.
