Dena is an excellent realtor! In the modern day where sites like Zillow can show you all the houses available, a buyer's realtor really has to provide value in some way other than finding listings. And Dena delivers. She was able to point out all the things on houses we toured that we wouldn't have thought of, and even steered us away from some houses that looked good to us, but would've had issues later on, like foundations that were out of wack or plants growing in places plants should not be. She even pointed out at one house how the hot tub room and the kitchen had no separation, which meant the kitchen would always be humid, something I didn't even realize. She's also very responsive, responding to my texts within a couple hours every time, even nights, weekends, and while she was on vacation! If you're going to use a buyer's agent, Dena is the one to use.
