Prior to working with Demyan, I had known him for over 15+ years. I had taken notice of his diligence and hard work recently to grow his Reality business in recent years and knew that once it was time that we needed to connect about finding our families next home. I was proven correct that Demyan has built a highly professional, worthwhile Reality group that assisted us on finding a great home. Demyan provided my wife and I a personal experience that made us feel good about the home buying process in a tough market. Demyan was very keen on knowing what we were looking for as we purchased our first family home with a 1 year old in mind. We presented Demyan with a difficult situation, which was helping us find a home while we were still located in 300+ miles away. Demyan accommodated every home showing we asked for either virtually or planned them for the weekend in which either myself or my wife could view in person. He also was very honest about each home and gave us confidence to understand the state of the property even if we weren't there. We ended up deciding to make an offer on a home we weren't sure about, but were delighted when Demyan made it known to us that a home we loved was unexpectedly going to be available in our price range. Demyan communicated with us throughout the day on a Saturday to pull our original offer on a different home and put an offer on the home we wanted the most, an offer in which got accepted. He also helped us negotiate the final offer throughout Saturday evening, ensuring our offer would be accepted. We were continually met with professionalism and communication when needed. We are delighted to have worked with Demyan and highly recommend working with him!

If I wrote exactly how we feel about Demyan it would sound like a paid promotion so I have to dial it back a little. The sale of our home had some rough issues and delays and almost fell through. All the realtors we initially interviewed vanished. . .except Demyan. He stayed with it and was patient and supportive, always there but never badgering. Plus, Demyan is very well educated in real estate marketing and transactions so our navigation through it was seamless. He went beyond what any other agent would have done. In the end, we sold for more than list price. I only wish we had a few dozen referrals to send his way. So if you have the chance, go with him . . . he won't let you down!
