Demetrius Blake REALTOR(R) has been passionate and fascinated with Real Estate his entire life. As a teenager, he worked as a landscaping specialist for new construction developments, and residential and investment properties. Today, Mr. Blake loves getting a feel for every community and home he visits - he feels that each property and person has a unique story. Because of his hard work, dedication, and ability to build trust, Demetrius maintains lifelong relations with his clients. From 2008-2014, he owned and worked as the manager of American Home Improvements, LLC. In these roles, he organized and operated over 60 property management, rehab, and landscaping jobs per year for clients. This aided clients to sell or rent their properties at higher values. Demetrius has traveled the world with his family as an Army spouse, so he has gained knowledge about housing markets all over.
