Demberly never faltered once, even though I did a time or two. She knows what she is doing and she will fight tooth and nail for you if need be. Even the lady who did my closing commented on how awesome she was. 5 stars isnt nearly enough for her in my opinion.

She was very knowledgeable on the Tomah housing market and asked me lots of questions on what types of homes I was looking for. that narrowed down my search and made it so much easier when looking. Once I found my home she did a great job on the negotiating and the back and forth with the seller. I feel I got a good price with her help. She even sent me a Christmas card and called to follow up with me on my new home. AWESOME!!!

Luann handled all of the necessary steps in a very business like manner and we had an offer one day after it was advertised. The sale fell through, but Luann had a secondary offer on the table and the house was sold. Luann had a calendar set up of the various steps of the sale and what and when to complete them.
