Della Maggard

Hi my name is Della Maggard and I reside in the lovely town of Mulberry Florida. I have lived in Florida for 5 years and have been an agent for 4 years. I moved here from Knoxville, Tennessee, and everyday someone compliments my southern accent, I don't hear it but everyone tells me it's there. I decided to get into real estate because I believe it's one of the most rewarding jobs to have, helping people purchase their first home, or maybe downsize, up sizing or finding that retirement home, all of it is rewarding. My customers become such a huge part of my life they are like family, we are always in touch talking on the phone or having dinner. The reward in real estate for me is relationships. I am a hard worker and I work really hard for my customers...I have 3 wonderful children and 4 amazing grandchildren, 1 Wonderful brother and an amazing honey. When I am not working you will find us at the water kayaking, fishing, swimming, soaking in the sun, reading great books, and meeting new people. I also love to travel and collect magnets from every where I go, and daydream about the new things ahead.
